Energy Performance Assessments are conducted by our own accredited Domestic Energy Assessors, who will perform the assessment with as little disruption to the home owner as possible.

Our assessors can produce Energy Performance Certificates for home owners, HIP Providers, Estate Agents and solicitors in Shropshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands area.

Our primary objective is to provide an EPC effectively and efficiently and at a competitive price without delaying the marketing process.

The assessment will take approximately one to one and a half hours and will consist of an examination of elements of the overall efficiency of a home, the environmental impact, the homes performance in terms of energy use per square metre of floor area, heating patterns and geographical location.

On completion of the inspection a report will be compiled showing the current energy efficiency rating and a current environmental impact rating.

The report will also highlight areas of potential energy efficiency improvements and the subsequent improved ratings.
